Academy School District 20 serves over 24,500 students and is classified as a Colorado large school district. During the 2012 Colorado State Assessment Program in the category for large school districts, District 20 ranked #1 in just about every academic achievement. And in the percentage of students classified as proficient or advanced, District 20 again ranked #1.

Both our boys graduated from Pine Creek High School with our oldest a graduate of University of Colorado Boulder (CU), and our youngest at University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Our boys grew up going to District 20 schools, we are confident in all aspects of their educational preparation. We know they’re being instilled with a love for learning and academic skills that will increase their college and career options. They’re also gaining Balloon Festival in Colorado Springsvaluable social skills that will enable them to build strong relationships throughout their lives.
