Academy District 20 Real Estate Supply vs. Demand

I have been tracking stats for the real estate market since I started in the business in 2006. In 2010 I started tracking the stats for my neighborhood school district, Academy School District 20. I decided that it would be helpful to show what the market has done over the last 9 1/2 years in Academy District 20.

Looking back I suspect I started tracking the numbers because business was a bit scarce in 2010 with the market crash. Now things are hopping with low inventory and high demand which results in a Seller’s Market. Today, we have an extreme Seller’s Market for homes under $400,000 in District 20 due to record low inventory and more buyers than the market can handle. This results in competing offers and climbing prices.
